lyrics

Stoic figures that speak in blue shades,
Reside in spaces between the years

Quiet verses in language unknown,
Cascading through me, poems of fear,

Ink-stained parchment, sharp edges now worn,
The words so obscured, they call to me

Candles flicker from depths far within,
Revealing faces no longer known

Seasons all painted gray,
Falling into the fray,
Gasping for another breath,
Find me sunlight,

Jet-black ravens, like spires in the sky,
Repeating the cries of ghosts lost in time,

Crack-filled tombstones in rows through the field,
An orchard of death, now vibrant and fresh,

Weeping willow, an onyx bouquet,
Obscuring the pond, reflects beyond,

Swirling matter becomes corporeal,
Assumes shapes so real
I fall, I drown

Seasons all painted gray
Falling into the fray,
Gasping for another breath,
Find me sunlight.
